Turkmen national musical instruments
The Department of Turkmen National Musical Instruments has been officially operating since the opening of the music school.
The Department of Turkmen National Musical Instruments trains specialists in the musical instruments dutar, gyjak, gargy and dili tuduk, plectrum dutar, kanun, oud, baglama, chen, bass dutar. The training period is 3 years and 10 months.
By profession, students are trained to work in children's music groups of the state, district, city, and regional cultural institutions, children's music and art schools, music and creative groups, cultural and recreational institutions in the art and education system, and in organizing cultural and mass events in the country, playing music in the garden, as a leader and conductor of an orchestra, musician, and performing solo performances.
Graduates of the department are awarded the profession of orchestra artist, orchestra leader, teacher of children's music and art schools. After completing their studies, they are given the right to work in music and creative groups organized in children's music, art and general education schools, in orchestras and ensembles of national musical instruments operating in institutions related to the cultural sector, to organize cultural and mass events of the country, and to perform in the performing arts.
