Turkmenistan represented at "KURULTAI" Turkic and Tatar culture festival in Romania
Turkmenistan is participating in the 10th International Festival of Authentic Turkic and Tatar Culture KURULTAI, which is being held in the Romanian city of Tekrigheol from September 5 to 7.
The festival featured two Turkmen films that reflect the rich cultural heritage and modern trends of national cinema. The films "Red Kurte" by director Syhysalykh Bayramov and "Red Apple" by director Hekim Alovov were shown as part of the festival.
The screening of Turkmen films became part of the festival's extensive program, which included international art performances, exhibitions, master classes, traditional games and crafts.
The festival is held under the patronage of the Romanian National Commission for UNESCO with the support of the Romanian Ministry of Culture. It is aimed at preserving and popularizing the cultural heritage of peoples, strengthening intercultural dialogue and maintaining the diversity of cultural traditions.
