Akhal-Teke horse wins first place at show in Uruguay
A representative of the Akhal-Teke breed won the international exhibition "Expo Prado 2025" in Uruguay. In the competition, the representative of this breed was awarded the title of "Grand Champion", rurales.elpais.com. reported.
The judge of the competition, Fernando Perdigon, highly appreciated the characteristics of the six-year-old horse and noted its developed bone structure, which meets the standards of the breed.
The owner of the horse, Gustavo Dos Santos, noted that participation in the exhibition was a planned goal, noting that the breed is rare in Uruguay and the South American region in general.
Dos Santos described representatives of this breed as horses with good movement, suitable for equestrian sports.
