A festive concert featuring works by Chary Nurymov was held in Ashgabat
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan, a festive concert was held by the Maya Kuliyeva Turkmen National Conservatory, based on the works of the People's Artist of Turkmenistan, talented composer Chary Nurymov. This was reported in the "Turkmenistan" newspaper.
As noted in the report, at the ceremony, along with the composer's popular songs "Armanym kaldy", "Toy aydy", "Nazlim uz mana", the 2nd destan concert, the "Maru-Shahu jahan" symphony, the 3rd part of the concert for piano and orchestra, and the "Festive Overture" were presented to the audience with the participation of the chamber and symphony orchestras of the conservatory.
The composer's famous works, such as "Turkmenistan - a beautiful place", "Ashgabat" were performed by the "Mukam" violin ensemble of the special music school under the Maya Kuliyeva Turkmen National Conservatory.
The creative research of the People's Artist of Turkmenistan Chary Nurymov embodies the unique features of the artistic and moral values of folk art. An active composer, Ch. Nurymov combines his creativity with teaching and social work. He further improved his talent while studying at the Gnesins Music and Pedagogical Institute in Moscow, and after completing the postgraduate course of the same institution, he returned to Ashgabat and taught music theory to students at the D. Ovezov Turkmen State Specialized School of Arts. Since 1972, he has been working at the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute of Arts (now the Maya Kulieva Turkmen National Conservatory). After many years of work experience, he received the title of professor of the Department of History, Theory and Composition of Music.
Chary Nurymov's creativity includes three symphonies, three ballets, concerts for various musical instruments, vocal-instrumental, choral works, music for films, romances and songs.
